This same woman spends most of her time in Africa as an economic hit man, try to convince African leaders to sign deals with IMF that would render Africa a slave continent where countries will be stuck with bad loans that your grand children will be paying. This woman is always in Africa more than any other continent and we welcome her with red carpet and we parade our women to sing for her at the airports, This woman should be a persona non Grata anywhere in Africa as a criminal. Imagine an African found guilty of fraud still making national deals in Europe, that would be unheard off.
